KARRAGULLEN EXPO OCTOBER 2011   

The Karragullen Horticultural Expo was held on Saturday the 15th October 2011 at the Karragullen Oval. For second year in a row the Pickering Brook Heritage Group combined with Tom Price from Illawarra Orchard, and his historical photo exhibition. After last years tremendous success, this year the overall display area was increased and included displays by the Di Marco, Owen and Gwynne Families.

Great interest was again shown as pioneer family members enjoy viewing the many photographic records of times past. New contacts were made and information and photos, passed on for inclusion, thus making the Website and display even bigger.

The second edition of the Pickering Brook Heritage Group's Calender was released. This year featuring the Railways of the district. This again proved to be in demand as many sales were made on the day.
